It is all made from aerospace grade Aluminium, the safety release section of the bar is machined from solid aluminium billets of aerospace grade aluminium using the CNC Cutting technology to guarantee precision fitting and added extra strength along with improved quality control.
Our hook ends are made from 12.9 grade high tensile steel that is galvanised coated to ensure increased strength and durability.
Innovation at its Heart
As I am sure you are aware there are two different types of horse trailer with different width sizes, standard and XL, the most common is the standard size horse trailer for Example the Ifor Williams 505/506 and then the XL size Ifor Williams trailer 510/511. Due to these difference in sizes and most of all safety in mind the ESR Bar is offered in two different sizes standard and XL. The standard ESR Bar will not fit an XL nor will the XL ESR Bar fit a standard size horse trailer. Although all horse trailer manufactures offer these sizes standard and XL there are little differences in sizes between them, the ESR Bar is fully adjustable up to an extra 35mm in length, this adjustment serves to allow for the small variations in horse trailer sizes between manufactures.
